Mango Salsa
Yield: 8-10 servings
Ingredients
Half red onion, diced
1 lime juiced (3 tbsp)
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp fresh cracked pepper
1 jalapeño, diced
1 serrano, diced
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 mango, diced
¼ cup chopped cilantro
Directions
In a medium size bowl, combine the onion, lime juice and half of the tsp of salt and mix. Allow to sit for 3-5 minutes. *cooks the onion
Add in the jalapeño, serrano, red bell pepper, mango, cilantro, salt and pepper. Mix until combined.
Taste and add salt and pepper if needed.
Place in the refrigerator to chill until ready to serve.
Serve with tortilla chips!
