Cold Buffalo Chicken Dip (high protein/ clean ingredient)

Football game day season or not... This dip is amaazinngggg to serve for a crowd or just to have for the week as a snack. Especially if you're looking for a high protein and clean ingredient snack, this is it right here. I love me some cheesy buffalo chicken dip and I do have a recipe for that. But, this right here is a cold dip that's dairy free. It is guilt free, yet so addicting.


Cold Buffalo Chicken Dip


Ingredients 

  • 2 chicken breasts (boiled and shredded) cold (about 2 ½ cups)

  • ⅓ cup nonfat, plain Greek yogurt

  • 2 tbsp avocado oil mayo (or just sub for regular mayo or greek yogurt)

  • ⅓ cup buffalo sauce (I used avocado oil nondairy Primal Kitchen Foods Brand)

  • 1 tsp garlic seasoning salt 

  • ¼ tsp onion powder

  • ¼ tsp pepper

  • Half cup green onion, sliced thinly 


Directions


Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, then place in a serving dish. Top with more green onions and buffalo sauce. Serve with tortilla chips, carrots, cucumber or mini bell peppers. 


Note: This dip keeps in the fridge chilled for 5 days.
