Brie, Fig, and Prosciutto Crostini

Writer's picture: Lulu PerezLulu Perez

The easiest appetizer to impress a crowd. I love the flavor combinations of the brie and fig. Prosciutto is just added savory to the sweetness of the marmalade. So tasty!

Ingredients

  • Brie Cheese, cut into thick slices

  • Prosciutto, cut in halves

  • fig marmalade

  • French Baguette

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut the baguette into slices, at an angle and place on the sheet pan. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil. season with a pinch of salt. Bake for 10-12 minutes.

  2. Now to assemble: take a crostini, top with brie cheese, smear some fig marmalade and fold the prosciutto and place on top. Repeat with the rest of the crostinis. Top with flakey sea salt.

Serve on a platter, garnish with rosemary and Enjoy
